Comment: I use the software as a tool developing consistent plans of action. The product makes one aware of all the issues of dealing with people. People buy for their reasons - people are emotional based -- one needs to crawl into the others skin and gain their perspective. If you can not answer the questions the software poses - then you do not know the other party well enough to influence them to any degree of success.

The truth is most people wing it when is comes to sales. Success is built on relationships and understanding. And people do not care how much you know about them - once they understand how much you care about them.
